Take Lotus Gibbs, Associate Director, Professional Development, for example, who shared, “I enjoy flexible ways of working because it gives me the autonomy to choose when and where I work. As a single parent, this has proven critical.\u201d
\nLorena Kuri, Head of Clinical Trial Diversity Strategy, agrees. \u201cI believe in the power of collaboration. Roles like mine have a stronger impact when we interact with our colleagues. I flex by coming to the office when I need to be with them, and balancing my responsibilities as a working mom.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yusuf Oni, Associate Scientific Director, shared, “As an essential employee, one needs to be in the lab most days. Flexible ways of working has allowed me to meet all of my obligations. I flex by taking remote meetings with my colleagues.”<\/p>\n
