Finance Associates Development Program
Transform your education and finance experience into fast-track career growth. Join our finance team to develop your financial skills, tackle impactful business challenges, and help patients prevail over serious diseases.
This is a full-time, two-year rotational program consisting of 3-4 one-year rotations
This long-standing program has existed for over 40 years with the commitment to develop future leaders in our organization.
Interact with global team members to support business partnering, financial analysis modeling for strategic decision-making, brand P&L management, and investment management.
Receive early and continuous exposure to senior leaders and one-on-one coaching with the program director, rotational sponsors and mentors.
Develop your skills in financial analysis, economic feasibility, development of long-term financial plans, investment management and investor relations

Requirements & eligibility for the Finance Associate Development Program
- MBA degree completed within the current school year
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability for financial modeling
- Solid interpersonal skills
- A U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
