GPS Emerging Leaders Program
Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth. Gain real-time experience across various areas, including Biologics, Cell Therapy, Strategy & Business Excellence, Supply Chain, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside our teams to tackle meaningful challenges and help patients prevail over serious diseases.
This is a full-time, 2.5- to 3-year rotational program consisting of 4 hands-on rotations tied to Global Product Development & Supply, including exposure to a manufacturing site
Learn a variety of systems and software and engage with a variety of stakeholders throughout the program
Gain exposure to key aspects of the pharmaceutical industry through seminar series, training, and travel/relocation opportunities
Program alumni continue to advance within the organization, taking on roles as mentors to new associates and even becoming rotational managers. This ensures you can always have a strong connection to the GPS Emerging Leaders Program.

Requirements & eligibility for the GPS Emerging Leaders Program
- MS, MBA or PhD degree with a background in science or engineering; minimum GPA of 3.0
- A desire and ability to relocate within and outside the U.S.
- At least 2-3 years of full-time work experience in process engineering and improvement, manufacturing operations and technology, industrial engineering, supply chain, biomedical, life sciences or chemistry research
- Demonstrated leadership and technical skills
