我们的招聘流程:
审核申请
我们的招聘人员会浏览所有提交的申请。确定有的求职者进入下一招聘流程,有的求职者不适合特定职位后,招聘人员会尽快通知相关求职者。
首次沟通
如果被选中进入下一步,求职者会收到虚拟招聘助理 Ripley 的电子邮件,安排与我们的招聘人员进行第一次谈话。
我们希望通过这次通话更好地了解:求职者的技能、资格以及对职位的兴趣。
团队面试
与招聘人员交谈后,求职者可能入选接受招聘团队的再次面试。
Ripley 通过电子邮件为求职者安排招聘团队的面试。求职者会收到包含面试详细信息的日历邀请,以及面试准备提示。
通知录用
面试结束,如果进入录用阶段,求职者会收到通知。
招聘人员会联系求职者,讨论录用细节和可能的入职日期。我们尽力提供所需信息,以便求职者做出选择接受或拒绝职位的明智决定。
接受职位
接受职位后,求职者收到来自 Workday 的录用文件,通过电子方式在录用通知上签字,进入预入职体验。
如果我没有进入招聘流程怎么办?
如果求职者没有入选,招聘人员会通知你。我们鼓励求职者继续搜索和申请符合自己技能、经验和兴趣的空缺职位。
我们的入职体验:
开始预入职
As with all companies, we have some pre-boarding activities that need to be completed: Receiving your onboarding guide, receiving your BMS ID, accessing our Digital Onboarding Portal, etc.
同时,求职者会与其未来经理保持联系。经理会提供求职者在 BMS 入职首日所需的各项信息。

We’ll also ask that you complete our Candidate Experience survey. We want to know what we did well and learn how we can improve!
