Commercial Associate Development Program

This is a full-time, three-year rotational program consisting of 3 one-year rotations
Interface with senior leaders at the company and enjoy opportunities for professional mentorship and networking.
Support the development and execution of worldwide marketing tactics aligned with product strategies.
Work may include: competitive analysis, monitoring the market for trends and innovations, reporting on competitive activity, partnering with sales teams on promotional material, interacting with healthcare professionals, and support annual sales meetings.

Requirements & eligibility for the Commercial Associate Development Program
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Highly motivated
- Proven leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to learn, apply and communicate technical/scientific knowledge.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Relocation to NJ headquarters is required for 1-2 years as part the relocation. Relocation support is available
- Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
